MakeNote - Terms of Use

1Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MakeNote ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

MakeNote Pro Subscription Details:

Monthly Subscription: 2,99 € per month
Yearly Subscription: 19,99 € per year (equivalent to 1,67 € per month)
Lifetime Purchase: 39,99 € one-time payment

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Important: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

3Free Version Limitations

The free version of MakeNote is limited to 20 entries (including deleted entries). To access unlimited entries and future premium features, upgrade to MakeNote Pro.

4Data and Privacy

All your notes, events, and reminders are stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store your personal data on external servers. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

5User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your Apple ID
All activities that occur under your account
Ensuring your use of the App complies with applicable laws
Backing up your data regularly

6Prohibited Use

You may not:

Use the App for any illegal purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Use the App to transmit malicious code or viruses
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

8Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
