1 App Use

Minimum age: You must be old enough to use the App under local law.

Prohibited use: Do not use the App for spam, abusive behaviour, or illegal content. Any use that violates laws, third-party rights, or these Terms is forbidden.

2 Subscription Rules (Important)

Subscriptions are auto-renewable and billed through your Apple ID. Renewals happen automatically unless you cancel.

Apple reviews subscriptions and their metadata. Prices, terms and durations are set via App Store Connect and processed by Apple. The developer does not process payments directly.

3 Disclaimer of Liability

We provide the App on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or permanent availability.

We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages, and we are not responsible for data loss. You are responsible for backups where appropriate.

4 Termination

You may stop using the App and cancel subscriptions at any time.

• Access continues until the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial months/years
• Manage all subscriptions through iOS Settings

5 Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the applicable law where the developer is established (for example: German law).

If mandatory local consumer protection laws apply, those laws will prevail for users in those jurisdictions.
