By using the OKAY app ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

2. Description of Service

OKAY is a check-in and status tracking app that allows users to:

• Schedule regular check-ins
• Create and manage groups
• Configure emergency escalations
• Share location information when needed

3. Premium Subscriptions

3.1 Subscription Options

The App offers the following Auto-Renewable Subscriptions:

Premium Monthly

• Product Name: OKAY Premium Monthly
• Duration: 1 Month
• Price: Displayed in the app (varies by region)
• Renewal: Automatically monthly, until canceled

Premium Yearly

• Product Name: OKAY Premium Yearly
• Duration: 1 Year
• Price: Displayed in the app (varies by region)
• Renewal: Automatically yearly, until canceled

Premium Lifetime

• Product Name: OKAY Premium Lifetime
• Duration: Lifetime (one-time purchase)
• Price: Displayed in the app (varies by region)
• Renewal: None (one-time payment)

3.2 Premium Features

Premium subscribers get access to:

• Unlimited groups (Free: max. 3 groups)
• Advanced escalation options
• Priority support
• Future premium features

3.3 Payment and Renewal

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Renewal fee will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Settings

3.4 Cancellation

• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Settings
• Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period
• Upon cancellation, you retain access to premium features until the end of the paid period

3.5 Refunds

• Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store refund policy
• Contact Apple Support for refund requests

4. User Account

• You are responsible for the security of your Apple ID account
• You may not share your account with third parties
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your region)

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy. Please read it carefully to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not share offensive, harassing, or harmful content
• Respect the rights of other users
• Not use automated systems to access the App

7. Disclaimer

• The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind
• We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or continuously available
• Emergency escalation features are intended as assistance and do NOT replace professional emergency services (police, fire department, ambulance)

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Data loss
• Lost profits
• Business interruption

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be published in the App. Continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate your right to use the App at any time if you violate these terms.

11. Governing Law
